Shopping on Ralph Lauren was fine overall, but... the payment part was a little frustrating. I expected more options, like extra digital wallets or simpler pay-later choices. My card didn’t go through the first time either, and there wasn’t really much guidance besides, you know, just trying again. For such a big brand, I feel like checkout should be smoother. The clothes are nice, but paying for them was more of a hassle than it needed to be.

I actually do like the clothes and I’ve bought a few things I’m happy with, but the loyalty program has been such a pain because the points took forever to show up, customer support kept giving me these vague non-answers, and the whole thing just made me feel like I was chasing a reward that barely existed.

I ordered my usual size and it fit pretty much exactly how I hoped. Not too tight, not all loose and baggy, and the sleeves were a good length too. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I was happy to find the jacket in the size I needed since that’s not always easy. The checkout process was simple, and based on my experience, the whole order went really smoothly. It shipped quickly too, which was a nice bonus...

Not a total disaster, but it definitely felt like they promised a nicer presentation than what actually showed up

I’ve ordered a few things from Ralph Lauren now, every time I open the package I’m like, yep, this is exactly what I was hoping for. The pieces always have that clean, put-together look without trying too hard.
The designs are simple, but not in a boring way, if that makes sense. And the colors have been true to the photos, which I really appreciate because I always wonder, okay, is this going to look totally different in person? So far, no surprises there.

Some of the items are definitely on the pricier side, but when the fit is good and the style lasts, I feel like it’s worth it. It’s the kind of classic stuff I can wear on a regular day and still feel a little more polished. Easy 5 stars from me.

The box looked nice at first, but yeah... it came a bit crushed, which was disappointing. The clothes inside were totally fine, so no issue there. I just kind of expected the packaging to be a little neater, especially for the price...

I liked this shirt when I first got it, but after just two washes the collar started getting all wavy and the fabric feels thin now. For the price, I really expected it to hold up better. It’s not the worst shirt ever, but I’m a bit disappointed

I was half expecting some oversized, goofy-looking lettering, but nope, the monogram was clean, subtle, and placed exactly right. It did take a little longer to ship, but whatever, not a big deal. It makes the shirt feel more personal without looking like I’m trying too hard like a total clown. Really happy with it
